The Fast Forward Global is an impact project designed by Dr. F. E. B. Idahosa in collaboration with Benson Idahosa University. Our work is fueled by the belief that young women and men in Africa possess dreams, ambition, and a tangible spark of potential. With the provision of intentional mentorship and support, they can rapidly transition into great problem-solvers, change-makers and leaders.
Since 2018, we have provided entrepreneurial trainings, empowerment conferences, business grants and have awarded over 20 full time scholarships to private universities, to outstanding youths through the following projects:
This is a strategic leadership grooming initiative aimed at recruiting, training, and mentoring young people below the age of 25, into leadership. Through this leadership path, specialised programs are designed to help develop their leadership skills, and prepare them to be catalyst for change. L300 is a special program open to students of Benson Idahosa University, who meet the recruitments. Recently, the L300 Leadership Bootcamp for Pastors was launched – a special mentoring model for grooming young men and women for the work of ministry.
The International Leadership Idea Exchange (ILIX) is a forum designed to bring together thought leaders, industry experts, practitioners, researchers and young innovators to develop and proffer solutions to real economic and political challenges in sub-Saharan Africa, with globally recognised workable models. Editions of ILIX have featured the former Isreali Ambassador to Nigeria, Ambassador Uriel Palti; Mr. Leke Alder, Principal, Alder Consulting; Ndidi Nwuneli, CEO Leap Africa; Godwin Obaseki, Gubernatorial candidate of the All-progressive Congress (2016) and the Peoples Democratic Party (2020), now His Excellency and current Executive Governor of Edo State; Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, Gubernatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (2016) and candidate of the All-progressive Congress (2020); Mr. Omoyele Sowore, Presidential Candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), just to mention a few.
Dr. F.E.B. Idahosa as a business facilitator and instructor, teaches success strategies for Nigerian startups and entrepreneurs, under the moniker, @marketplacefeb.
Its expressions include business workshops/seminars, a podcast program, a weekly radio program, and business acceleration sessions online.

Every year, we set out to provide 100 finalists (Entrepreneurs, Female Founders, and Youths with World Impact Ideas) with a grant of $1000 each to set up and expand their ideas or businesses. This grant will provide them with the opportunity to contribute to more positive lifestyles, thereby impacting Africa.
Our goal this year is to provide 50 finalists with the sum of $1000 each. In the future, 100 finalists will be selected for the grant from the pool of applicants.
Winners will emerge from two streams this year. 25 persons from Stream 1 will be awarded $25,000. The same amount will be awarded to 25 persons from Stream 2.
This category is for startups or already established businesses.
We are looking for inventive and ambitious individuals from all professions who own startups or have project ideas that require financial support.
The applicant MUST be capable of solving problems, be creative, be a self-starter and show a strong will to succeed.
This category is for women in business, those who manage Non-Governmental Organization (NGOs), or are currently working on projects.
NOTE: Our goal is to enhance gender equality and promote women participation in business and enterprise. We are actively trying to promote Female Founders by providing them access to funding.
This is for people with ideas that can change Nigeria, Africa and the world.
Projects that have the potential to have significant global influence fall under this category. The project ideas can address issues from all fields.
Submissions from this field MUST describe exceptional, ground-breaking findings that will have a positive impact in Nigeria, Africa and the world.
